About the role

At Tekion, we bring consumer-grade design to enterprise software, tackling complex workflows to create simple, powerful experiences. Our 70+ designers are reimagining how millions of people buy and service vehicles—building intuitive interfaces that connect OEMs, dealers, and customers seamlessly.

We’re looking for a Product Designer II to independently lead design solutions for product features. You’ll collaborate with product managers and engineers to craft user-centred designs that align user needs with business goals, contributing directly to the transformation of automotive software.

Key responsibilities

You’ll own the end-to-end design process for assigned features and projects, from user research through delivery. You’ll conduct interviews, usability testing, and other research to uncover insights and turn them into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.

You’ll present design concepts to stakeholders, collaborate across teams throughout the product lifecycle, and contribute to maintaining and evolving our design system. You’ll analyse user feedback and performance metrics to refine and iterate on your work continuously.

Skills and experience

You have 3–5 years of product design experience and a proven track record of shipping successful products. Your portfolio demonstrates a strong user-centred design process and solid experience conducting user research.

You’re proficient in modern design and prototyping tools, have excellent communication and presentation skills, and understand technical constraints and how they shape product implementation.
