The Role

We’re looking for an expert product designer to lead projects across our mobile web and native app platforms.

You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to create and ship travel tools that help millions of people explore the world.

This role is based in Berlin and requires in-office presence at least three days per week.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll deeply understand customer needs across global markets and design experiences that meet those needs.

You’ll balance insights, technical constraints, platform guidelines, and business goals to craft user-centered mobile experiences.

You’ll take full ownership of your work — from concept to launch — and be accountable for the quality and success of your designs.

You’ll move fast, producing multiple ideas and prototypes to test and iterate based on data and user feedback.

You’ll think in systems, considering both the immediate design problem and its future scalability across the platform.

What We’re Looking For

You have deep knowledge of Android design patterns, interaction models, and platform standards.

You bring experience designing consumer-facing products with outstanding user experiences.

You’re comfortable owning features from ideation to release in a fast-paced, experiment-driven company.

You have strong communication and analytical skills, and you're confident presenting your work to cross-functional audiences.

You understand the full product development cycle, from research and problem framing to high-fidelity UI.

You’re focused on users. Whether through research, usability testing, or experimentation, you find ways to validate your thinking with real feedback.

You’re used to designing in a fast-moving, data-informed environment, and you’re excited by that pace.

You’re organised, self-directed, and detail-oriented. Your team can count on your work to be solid and thoughtful.

You’re curious, adaptable, and open to new challenges as they come up.

You understand accessibility standards and inclusive design, especially for mobile — including screen reader use, contrast ratios, and scalable text.
