Product Designer

Lysa

Lysa is one of the Nordics’ fastest-growing investment platforms, and they’re looking for a Product Designer to join the team in Karlskrona. If you want to help shape how people perceive and interact with personal finance, this could be your chance.

Lysa’s mission is to set a new standard in savings by making smarter financial decisions more accessible through automation, efficiency, and a customer-first mindset. Their goal is to challenge financial institutions that don’t act in their customers’ best interests and to build a more transparent and helpful alternative.

About the Role

As a Product Designer, you’ll join the ARC team (Attract, Retain, Convert), where you’ll be focused on first impressions, onboarding, and brand expression. You’ll work across the marketing site, referral journeys, onboarding flows, and notification experiences.

You’ll collaborate closely with a cross-functional team including product managers, developers, legal, and other designers. The focus is on delivering compelling experiences that build trust and grow Lysa’s user base.

What You’ll Do

You’ll lead design initiatives end-to-end — from insight and concept to final implementation. This includes crafting intuitive onboarding experiences, evolving the brand’s visual identity, and creating interfaces, illustrations, and animations that help customers feel confident in their savings journey.

Your work will directly impact how people think and feel about saving and investing, and you’ll play a key role in aligning brand and product experiences.

Who You Are

You have 2–6 years of experience in digital product design. Maybe you started in UX and developed strong visual design skills, or you come from a brand background and have since built product design experience.

You have a strong portfolio that demonstrates both product and brand thinking. You’re comfortable translating user research and data into elegant design solutions, and you collaborate easily with cross-functional teams.

You enjoy running ideation workshops, giving and receiving feedback, and iterating fast. You stay up to date with tools like Figma and are curious about the role AI can play in design. You’re confident managing your own priorities and seeing projects through from concept to launch.

Why Lysa

Lysa is a purpose-driven company building a long-term financial platform with full transparency. You’ll be part of a growing design team that works closely with product and marketing, with real influence over how 180,000+ users interact with over €4.5 billion in assets.

The team works in a hybrid model, primarily from the Karlskrona office, with the flexibility to work remotely 2–3 days a week.

They foster an inclusive, people-first culture and welcome applicants of all backgrounds. If you don’t meet every requirement but feel excited about the role, they encourage you to apply.
