Product Designers at Meta play a central role in shaping products, ensuring they are valuable, easy to use, and crafted with the highest level of execution. By focusing on people and simplicity, we create meaningful experiences for some of the world’s most complex problems.

As a Product Designer, you’ll help solve big, real-world challenges using a full range of design skills, contributing to high-level strategy alongside product and executive teams. This is an opportunity to do some of the most impactful work of your career.

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end flows and experiences that are simple and elegant across supported platforms.

Discover new opportunities while improving existing products.

Define, craft, and evolve designs within visual systems and standards.

Proactively give and receive feedback to raise the quality bar across the team.

Contribute to strategic decisions on the future direction of Meta products.

Drive product vision while mentoring the growing design community.

Minimum Qualifications

Experience in visual design with proficiency in typography, UI design, colour, layout, iconography, and aesthetic impact on product function.

Ability to lead product direction and strategy, set goals, identify opportunities, and make decisions based on user and company impact.

Experience building and shipping complete features or products across multiple platforms.

Ability to present work to product teams and stakeholders, articulating goals and concepts clearly.

Experience shaping product vision and setting direction that aligns with company and user needs.

Interaction design experience, including defining behaviours, prototyping flows, and scaling innovations.

Preferred Qualifications

Proven leadership contributions that have strengthened teams and improved the work environment.

Experience showcasing end-to-end design processes across multiple projects, including interaction design, visual design, iterations, and high-fidelity prototypes.

Experience connecting work to cross-product initiatives to drive collaboration.

Compensation

$244,000 – $312,000 per year + bonus + equity + benefits.

Compensation is based on skills, experience, and location. Figures reflect base salary only and exclude incentives. Meta also provides comprehensive benefits.
