Product Designer

Midnite is a next-generation betting platform built for today’s fandom. Focused on sports and gaming, Midnite combines cutting-edge technology with clean, intuitive design to create immersive experiences. Beyond customer-facing products, the team also designs powerful internal tools that drive operations, growth, and success.

The Role
As a Product Designer, you’ll own the design of Midnite’s internal platforms, including sportsbook trading systems, account management, reg tech, loyalty, and bonus tools. You’ll collaborate with engineers, PMs, and designers to create seamless, impactful experiences that scale operations and reflect Midnite’s design values.

Responsibilities
Collaborate in cross-functional squads to design internal platform features end-to-end.
Own and evolve the design system across multiple internal platforms.
Design for both internal and external products, blending UX, interaction, and visual design.
Work with UX researchers to ensure user needs guide decision-making.
Translate complex operational requirements into clear, usable designs.
Ship quickly, learn, and iterate to improve experiences.
Report directly to the Head of Product and contribute to company-wide design culture.

What We’re Looking For
Experience designing and shipping digital products across web and mobile.
A strong product mindset — asking why, not just how.
Motivation to design internal, desktop-first, B2B platforms.
Comfortable experimenting and using data to inform iterations.
Strong craft and attention to detail, with hands-on Figma skills.
Experience building and maintaining design systems.
Excitement for applying AI-native thinking to design processes.
