Product Designer
Miro
Miro’s Design team is on a mission to improve the experience of knowledge work, productivity tools, and remote collaboration.
We create best-in-class solutions for a diverse, accessible, and intuitive future of work — and that’s a big reason why Miro is so globally loved.
Our goal is to scale the core capabilities of our product and build a visual workspace that helps teams create the next big thing.
About the Role
We’re looking for an early to mid-career product designer to join the team working on AI features at Miro.
You’ll focus on the interaction design needs of our AI workstreams and contribute to the broader UX vision for human and AI collaboration.
This is a hands-on role for someone with strong problem-solving skills, a customer-first mindset, and a portfolio that demonstrates creativity and systematic thinking.
Experience designing for generative AI is a bonus — but not a requirement.
You’ll work in a fast-paced environment and have a direct impact on millions of users. As part of the Product Design team, you’ll shape the design culture, raise the bar for quality, and define new standards for experience.
Miro follows a hybrid model. This role requires two in-office days per week.
What You’ll Do
You’ll work across the full design process, from early research to shipping features — always with a focus on delighting users and learning quickly.
You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to ensure we’re solving the right problems at the right time.
You’ll turn insights from research and data into scalable concepts and detailed solutions that create clear value.
You’ll explore design ideas at varying levels of fidelity — from quick sketches to advanced prototypes — to test viability and guide development.
You’ll collaborate with other designers and the design systems team to make sure your work aligns with Miro’s product experience.
You’ll help ensure accessibility is embedded across every solution you design.
What You’ll Need
You have 5+ years of experience in UX or product design.
Your portfolio shows clear examples of systematic thinking, delightful product experiences, and meaningful business impact.
You’ve worked on early-stage products or contributed to finding product-market fit through iteration and testing.
You’re familiar with working in large teams at product companies. Experience in enterprise products or services is a plus.
You bring strong interaction and visual design skills. You care about the details and aim to ship thoughtful, high-quality work.
You’ve worked with design systems and understand how to implement scalable, accessible solutions.
You’re highly skilled in Figma, including libraries, variants, autolayout, dev mode, and prototyping.
Experience with AI-assisted design workflows or emerging design tools is an advantage.
What’s In It For You
You’ll receive a competitive equity package and access to wellbeing and home-office support.
Lunch, snacks, and drinks are available in the office.
You’ll have an annual budget to invest in your learning and professional growth.
You’ll join a globally diverse team and be part of a company helping teams around the world innovate together.
