Product Designer - AI

Miro’s Design team is on a mission to shape the future of productivity tools, knowledge work, and collaboration. With a focus on intuitive, accessible, and enjoyable experiences, the team is known for creating best-in-class solutions for a diverse, global audience.

This role sits within the AI work stream and focuses on interaction design. You’ll help define how users collaborate with AI inside Miro—creating thoughtful, customer-centric design solutions that have a real-world impact.

You’ll work closely with top-tier designers, engineers, and product leaders, all while contributing to Miro’s broader UX vision and helping evolve its design culture and standards.

What you’ll do

You’ll lead end-to-end design efforts on AI features, bringing delight to users while ensuring clarity and value. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to define problems, run experiments, and deliver thoughtful solutions.

You’ll turn insights from research and data into scalable concepts and detailed designs. Expect to work across a range of fidelity levels, from rough sketches to high-fidelity prototypes, supporting development throughout.

You’ll collaborate with Miro’s design systems team to ensure consistency and accessibility across everything you create.

What you’ll need

You’ll need at least 5 years of product or UX design experience, with a portfolio showcasing customer-fit solutions that drove business impact. Strong visual and interaction design skills are essential, as is the ability to sweat the details.

Experience working in mid-to-large companies and with large design teams is a plus, especially if you’ve worked on enterprise tools.

You should be confident with Figma and know your way around libraries, autolayout, variants, dev mode, and prototyping. Experience with generative AI, accessibility, and design systems at scale is highly desirable.
