Senior Product Designer

Mob is a fast-growing cooking website and app on a mission to make weekday cooking fun, easy, and delicious. The Role

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll lead design across our app and web experiences, driving experimentation and unblocking product delivery. From research to prototyping and handoff, you’ll own the design process end to end, ensuring we continue to ship high-quality, user-focused features at speed. You’ll play a key role in shaping how millions of users cook every week.

What You’ll Bring

You’re a collaborative problem-solver with a strong product mindset and a sharp eye for UX. You have at least five years’ experience in product design, ideally in B2C apps or subscription-based products. You’ve shipped onboarding flows, growth loops, and A/B tests, and you’re comfortable crafting polished visual designs while working in Figma and maintaining scalable design systems. You balance business goals with user needs, run usability tests to validate ideas early, and thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Success in This Role

Within your first 6–12 months, you’ll be expected to:

• Unblock the delivery of key app and web features

• Increase experimentation across onboarding, paywall, and retention

• Create scalable design patterns and reduce UX debt

• Build strong cross-team relationships across Product, Growth, Data, and Engineering

• Run usability tests and build feedback loops with users

• Deliver design work that feels consistent, high-quality, and uniquely Mob

Salary and Benefits

We’ll pay you £60,000–£80,000 depending on your experience. In addition to a quarterly bonus and a meaningful equity stake, you’ll enjoy:
