Product Designer

As a Product Designer on the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) team, you’ll design world-class software that helps school finance teams make smarter funding decisions to improve student outcomes. You’ll play a key role in shaping the UX and visual design of PowerSchool’s Allovue and talent management platforms, collaborating with designers, engineers, and product managers to deliver intuitive, high-quality experiences.

Your responsibilities include designing and iterating in Figma, refining UI/UX based on feature goals, ensuring design consistency during implementation, and contributing to the design system. You’ll balance usability and functionality to create software that not only performs well but feels great to use.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience designing web applications or software, a strong visual design portfolio, and proficiency in Figma. Experience with design systems and component-based design is a plus. You should also be comfortable collaborating with remote teams across multiple US time zones.
