About the Role

Revolut’s Design team turns complexity into simplicity, building solutions that solve real customer needs. The Product Designer will lead the design process from discovery to delivery, with a holistic view of the customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

Partnering with product owners, engineers, and data scientists to define problems
Identifying project metrics and taking ownership for success
Researching and applying findings to support global launches and new features
Designing end-to-end product experiences, from wireframes to prototypes
Running customer testing workshops
Implementing solutions with the technical team and sharing work in design reviews
Reviewing release performance and finding ways to enhance it

What You’ll Need

3+ years designing complex commercial apps in-house
A portfolio showing product design work
Experience across iOS, Android, and web platforms
Ability to think strategically and articulate design decisions
Understanding of technical implications in design decisions
Ownership of the design process and ability to work independently
Strong UX focus and knowledge of human behaviour
Clean visual design sense, typography, and grid skills
Problem-solving mindset and openness to challenge

Nice to Have

Degree in computer science or related field
Ability to code simple prototypes
Experience designing and maintaining design systems
Experience in fast-paced start-up environments
