The Role

We’re looking for a Product Designer who can shape the user experience and visual identity of Rillet’s product. This isn’t a pixel-pushing role — it’s about defining what the future of finance software looks and feels like. You’ll work closely with the CTO, engineers, and product leadership to translate complex financial concepts into elegant, intuitive workflows.

You’ll drive the full design process end to end — from research and ideation through to systems-level design and delivery. The role is remote-first, with opportunities for in-person collaboration at our hubs and team offsites across the globe.

What You’ll Do

You’ll own the entire design process, from discovery to delivery. You’ll partner with product and engineering to shape both the short-term roadmap and long-term vision. You’ll expand and maintain Rillet’s design system, ensuring consistency and quality across the product. You’ll turn insights from users and data into elegant, usable interfaces that make finance software feel fast, powerful, and human.

You’ll also be responsible for exploring new interaction paradigms — rethinking how AI can simplify complex financial workflows.

What We’re Looking For

You have at least 3 years of experience designing for complex B2B SaaS products, ideally in finance, data, or other technical domains. You’ve led end-to-end design projects — from research and mapping to UI and implementation — and you thrive on solving intricate system-level problems. You understand how to visualize complexity clearly and communicate your thinking across teams.

You bring curiosity, craft, and conviction — not just following design trends but setting new ones. You’re collaborative, fast-moving, and comfortable working in ambiguity.
