This role sits within the Impact team, where designers shape experiences that help customers adopt with ease, maintain platform health, and scale confidently. You’ll be joining a diverse design organisation that works closely with product management and engineering from the start, with design having an intentional seat at the table.

As Product Designer on the Impact team, you’ll create innovative design solutions that simplify complex tools and make them intuitive and actionable. You’ll drive end-to-end product design solutions, produce high-fidelity designs, and collaborate across disciplines to share ideas, gather feedback, and refine proposals.

Preferred candidates bring around 2+ years of design experience, internships included, with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end solutions. Experience should cover identifying user needs, designing for them, and validating with end users. Proficiency in design tools for feature-level interaction and visual design is expected, along with experience in UX for software or web applications. Exposure to AI-powered tools and workflows is valued.
