The design org is a collaborative group of product designers, researchers, and content designers who partner closely with PMs and engineers. They iterate quickly, critique often, and focus heavily on thoughtful, crafted user experiences that influence company direction.

The Role

This is a product design role with a heavy emphasis on prototyping and visual storytelling. You’ll bring future-state partner experiences to life through motion, interactive demos, and high-polish assets used in pitches, launches, and go-to-market efforts. Instead of only designing shipped product UI, a big part of your job is helping partners feel the vision through immersive demos.

What You’ll Do

You’ll own the design and delivery of pitch decks, partner demo experiences, and high-fidelity prototypes that showcase new capabilities. You’ll build interactive animations and motion-driven flows, craft reusable visual assets for sales and BD teams, and support launches with polished visual design. You’ll also collaborate on early product explorations, translating partner needs into journeys, requirements, and clear narratives.

What You Bring

You have 3–5 years of product design experience and a portfolio showing strong motion, prototyping, and interactive storytelling. You're fluent in Figma and comfortable moving quickly from rough exploration to polished prototypes with micro-interactions and transitions. You understand technical feasibility, communicate clearly across business and product teams, and can design for both persuasion (partner pitches) and execution (shipped features).

Curiosity or hands-on experience with AI-powered prototyping workflows.

Compensation

Salary ranges vary by location, from $127,400 to $194,000 USD, depending on region and experience. Actual offers depend on skills, level, and qualifications.
