About the Role

We’re looking for a Mid-Level Product Designer to craft intuitive, impactful, and elegant solutions for the construction industry. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and users to transform complex workflows into simple, delightful experiences. From refining existing features to designing new ones, your work will help scale our platform from startup to enterprise level.

What You’ll Do

You’ll design and iterate on core features, moving from concepts and wireframes to high-fidelity designs and handoff. You’ll collaborate with engineers to ensure accurate implementation, validate solutions through user feedback, and help evolve our product to an enterprise-ready platform. Along the way, you’ll partner with our Senior Product Designer and product leads to shape the roadmap.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a designer with 2–4 years of product design experience, strong visual skills, and an eagerness to take ownership of projects. You’re detail-oriented, thrive in ambiguous problem spaces, and can balance functionality with visual clarity. You’re collaborative, comfortable with user research, and ready to move fast in a startup environment.

Bonus Points For

Experience designing for B2B or SaaS products, prototyping with tools like Cursor, Lovable, or Figma Make, knowledge of construction workflows, or a background in early-stage startups.
