The Role

We’re hiring a Product Designer to join our four-person design team. You’ll work across both our enterprise and marketplace products, collaborating with product managers, engineers, analysts, and marketers to create clear, intuitive, and scalable user experiences. This role gives you full ownership of design projects from early discovery through polished delivery, with opportunities to shape our design practice as we grow.

What You’ll Do

You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams to design solutions that make sense for users, the business, and the technology behind our products. You’ll translate insights, technical constraints, and business goals into thoughtful design outcomes. You’ll take ideas from concept to high-fidelity execution, ensuring every detail is considered. You’ll build a deep understanding of end-to-end customer journeys and uncover opportunities to improve them. You’ll lead workshops and ideation sessions that bring teams together around shared problems. You’ll conduct research and usability testing to validate decisions. You’ll contribute to our design guidelines and design system to maintain consistency across all products. You’ll explore multiple directions quickly, prototype often, and know when to refine or redirect.

About You

You have a degree in Design or HCI, or equivalent professional experience. You bring more than five years of experience designing responsive web platforms, including new products and improvements to existing systems. Your portfolio shows a clean, modern visual approach and a clear design process. You’re fluent in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, comfortable using UX research tools, and confident communicating your thinking with clarity. You care deeply about creating meaningful, people-centred experiences and thrive in a collaborative environment.

Bonus Skills

Experience in FinTech or InsurTech, familiarity with B2B2C SaaS platforms, and prior involvement in building or maintaining brand guidelines or design systems.
