Product Designer

UX Labs is seeking a Product Designer to craft user experiences for digital products and platforms that meet diverse user needs. This role requires a strong user-centred mindset, with the ability to use research and data to shape journeys, interactions, and visual designs. You’ll be responsible for producing everything from personas and journey maps to prototypes and high-fidelity UIs.

Responsibilities
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
Solve UX challenges with creative, user-centred solutions.
Collaborate across teams to implement designs.
Define and evaluate interaction models.
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback.
Analyse existing applications and evaluate UX effectiveness.
Stay updated on competitor products and industry trends.
Communicate design processes, ideas, and prototypes to developers and stakeholders.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Product, UX, or UI Designer.
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, Zeplin, etc.).
Solid knowledge of UCD and best UX design practices.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
High attention to detail and strong listening skills.
