Product Designer
Workhuman
Workhuman is looking for a Product Designer who wants to shape meaningful, human-centred experiences for millions of people worldwide. You’ll work on high-visibility initiatives that advance recognition, belonging, and engagement across global workplaces. This role gives you full ownership from discovery through delivery, with room for curiosity, autonomy, and impact. You’ll translate insights into intuitive flows, guide teams through design thinking, and help evolve how people feel seen and valued at work.
What We Can Offer You
You’ll join a purpose-driven team where design is a strategic pillar, not an afterthought. You’ll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data partners to shape end-to-end journeys at scale. You’ll work on complex, global products used by millions and take part in critiques, workshops, and sprints that push creativity. You’ll design with accessibility and ethical principles at the core and contribute to experiences that genuinely make work more human.
The Skills You Will Bring
You’re confident in Figma and comfortable prototyping, designing, and facilitating workshops with it. You understand the full design lifecycle, from research and ideation to usability testing and refinement. You know how to design accessible experiences and can advocate for solutions that work for all users. You communicate clearly with product and engineering partners, bringing alignment and structure to complex requirements. You can design for scale while adapting to client-specific needs and you’re driven by user empathy and curiosity.
Achievements
You have experience in product design, UX, or human-centred design and can share a portfolio that demonstrates clear process, thoughtful reasoning, and end-to-end execution. You work well in fast-paced environments, balancing deadlines with quality. You collaborate naturally and have a track record of influence, improvement, and growth within product teams.
