Product Designer
Zoom
Zoom is looking for an innovative Product Designer to help take the Workvivo product to the next level. They’re after someone who’s genuinely passionate about product and design, and who knows what it takes to create a leading SaaS experience.
As a Product Designer at Workvivo, you’ll work closely with engineers, PMs, QA and other designers to build out the app. You’ll prototype, research, run design reviews, and continuously refine the design principles and system that shape the product experience.
About the team
Workvivo is an employee experience platform designed to boost workplace culture and employee engagement, no matter where people work from. Now part of Zoom, the team focuses on creating more meaningful connections and modern collaboration within organisations.
Responsibilities
You’ll collaborate daily with product teams to shape and refine features, ensuring they align with user needs and business goals.
You’ll engage with the wider design team to iterate on processes, improve design systems, and advocate for better workflows.
You’ll speak directly with customers and internal stakeholders to gather insight, aligning these findings with strategic goals and turning them into practical, high-impact design solutions.
You’ll contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and shared ownership across Product and Design, offering new ideas and pushing for innovation.
What we’re looking for
2–5 years’ experience in a design role with solid experience using Figma (or equivalent tools like Adobe XD or Sketch), building UI/UX prototypes and working within a design system.
Strong understanding of accessibility standards, especially WCAG 2.2, and a passion for designing inclusive digital experiences.
Experience designing for mobile, web, and responsive environments, with a good grasp of best practices across platforms.
Ability to carry out thorough research, including market analysis and competitor reviews, and apply insights to inform design decisions.
Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with the ability to create and edit visual content for the product.
Experience working with data is a bonus – especially if you’re comfortable analysing insights and integrating them into the design process.
