Product Designer, Zoom

We’re looking for an innovative Product Designer to help take our SaaS product to the next level. As part of Workvivo (a Zoom company), you’ll collaborate daily with engineers, product managers, QA, and designers to craft intuitive, engaging experiences. Your work will span prototyping, research, design reviews, and evolving our design system.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with product teams to design and refine features that align with customer needs and company goals.
Engage with the design team to enhance methodologies, systems, and processes.
Conduct customer and stakeholder interviews, gathering insights to translate into practical design solutions.
Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the Product and Design function.

What We’re Looking For

2–5 years of experience in a design role.
Strong skills with Figma (or similar tools such as Adobe XD or Sketch).
Knowledge of accessibility standards, particularly WCAG 2.2.
Experience designing for mobile, web, and responsive platforms.
Ability to conduct research on market trends, customer behaviour, and competitors.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for creating product assets.
Experience with data analysis to inform design decisions is a plus.
