Senior Product Designer

Remote is hiring a Senior Product Designer to help shape the future of global employment through intuitive, scalable product experiences. In this role, you’ll lead end-to-end design within a cross-functional product team, influencing strategy, conducting research, and crafting high-fidelity user interfaces that deliver meaningful impact for customers. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers worldwide while navigating ambiguity in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment spanning HRTech and FinTech domains.

Responsibilities include applying appropriate research methods to deeply understand customer problems, using AI-powered prototyping to explore and iterate on concepts, shaping long-term product vision, and ensuring simplicity, scalability, accessibility, and usability across experiences. You’ll also contribute to Remote’s design system, advocate for strong design culture, and communicate design rationale through compelling storytelling and collaboration.

This role is suited to an experienced individual contributor with a strong portfolio demonstrating holistic systems thinking, cross-functional leadership, and delivery of high-quality user experiences in complex product environments. Experience in remote-first collaboration or designing B2B SaaS platforms is advantageous.
