Senior Product Designer

Right-Hand Cybersecurity is hiring a Senior Product Designer to help shape the next generation of human risk management software aimed at reducing cybersecurity breaches caused by human error. The role focuses on deeply understanding user needs and transforming them into elegant product experiences, systems, and visual interfaces within a fast-growing startup environment where scope and ownership expand alongside company growth.

You’ll design workflows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals across mobile and web platforms while collaborating closely with engineers from concept through implementation to ensure high-quality execution. Responsibilities also include maintaining design systems and guidelines, contributing to marketing visuals, and supporting research-driven decision making through user feedback and analysis.

The role requires 4+ years of UX/UI or related experience, strong proficiency with design and prototyping tools, experience designing across multiple platforms, and the ability to simplify complex problems into intuitive user experiences. Collaboration, communication, and comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment are essential.
