Product Designer (Fixed Term Contract)

Runa is hiring a Product Designer to join the team on a 12-month fixed term contract, based in London with a hybrid working setup. Runa is building a new global payments infrastructure that enables instant, cost-free digital money movement at scale, powering payouts to billions of consumers worldwide.

As a Product Designer at Runa, you’ll design core experiences that shape how customers fund, manage, and operate on the platform. You’ll work across customer-facing journeys and internal operational workflows within the Treasury domain, owning design in this space end-to-end. Partnering closely with Product Management and Engineering, you’ll navigate complex financial, technical, and compliance constraints while helping drive product direction and design quality across the organisation.

This role suits a designer who enjoys autonomy, thrives in fast-moving environments, and is comfortable balancing deep user empathy with business and operational needs. You’ll contribute to a globally used fintech platform, collaborate cross-functionally, and help raise the bar for product design as Runa continues to scale.
