Senior Product Designer

The Role

As a Senior Product Designer at Quorso, you’ll shape how store teams and retail leaders interact with their most important work — from data to decision to action.

You’ll mainly work on our configuration engine, which powers the Quorso app, designing clean and intuitive tools that simplify complexity and scale effortlessly.

You’ll report to our Head of Design, collaborating to raise quality, champion users, and evolve how Quorso looks, feels, and works.

We’re remote-first, highly collaborative, and design-led. You’ll ship meaningful work fast and help modernise an industry still stuck in clunky, outdated tools.

Responsibilities

Own design across key product areas, from discovery to delivery.

Turn complex logic into simple, actionable UI.

Prototype, test, and refine with real users.

Collaborate with product, engineering, customer and ops.

Evolve our design system and raise the quality bar.

About You

You have a portfolio of clear, impactful product design.

You bring strong UX and visual design skills.

You are comfortable designing for web, both desktop and mobile.

You have experience designing complex configuration UIs such as forms, settings, or rule builders.

You work with a prototyping mindset, quick to test and iterate.

You are collaborative, open to feedback, and Figma-native with a systems-aware approach.

Nice to Have

Experience in retail tools or field operations platforms.

Exposure to AI-powered UX or enterprise data tools.

Experience working in startups, small teams, or B2B SaaS.
