You’ll apply empathy, curiosity, and creativity to develop innovative approaches that differentiate Manychat from competitors.
You’ll shape product functionality and experience by working with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to create intuitive, cohesive, and visually appealing solutions.
You’ll design and test solution concepts at varying levels of fidelity, from sketches to prototypes, to assess viability, validate hypotheses, and gather insights for improvement.
You’ll produce clear documentation to communicate the rationale and status of design decisions to the broader product group.
What You’ll Bring
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in design, with at least five years of experience as a Product Designer in a technology-driven organisation and a track record of shipped products.
A strong grasp of human-centred design principles and the ability to apply them in real-world projects.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tell a clear story, align stakeholders, and advocate for design confidently and openly.
A collaborative mindset, sharing work early and often, and working closely with engineers to deliver high-quality experiences.
A portfolio that clearly explains your work, design thinking, and the data behind your decisions.
Nice-to-have experience includes understanding computational principles, automation concepts, and designing products that simplify complex automation workflows.
What Success Looks Like
You own your projects, set a high bar for design quality, and foster strong team performance.
You celebrate milestones, encourage collaboration, and promote shared wins across the team.
You base design decisions on customer research, learning from past product successes and failures.
You collect and synthesise both qualitative and quantitative data to identify opportunities, validate hypotheses, and deliver clear, effective solutions.
You develop deep product, market, and customer knowledge to guide design choices.
You contribute to and evolve Manychat’s design system, collaborating with engineers to consider technical constraints and streamline workflows in Figma.
