The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Wise Platform team in London.

In this role, you’ll help our partners—banks, fintechs, and global enterprises—build high-quality, user-friendly product experiences powered by Wise’s infrastructure.

You’ll be part of Wise’s mission to build a fairer, more open financial system for people and businesses around the world.

Wise Platform gives other companies access to our world-class money movement tech.

We’ve partnered with over 85 organisations, helping them offer fast, low-cost international transfers to millions of customers.

Now, we’re growing fast—and we’re looking to level up the design quality and experience of our platform and partner tools.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll work within cross-functional squads helping partners build seamless global money movement products.

You’ll provide hands-on UX guidance, lead workshops, and bring design best practices to life for both clients and internal teams.

You’ll collaborate with designers across Wise and work closely with content designers, product managers, engineers, and delivery teams.

You’ll create templates, guidelines, and demos that show how Wise builds trust, consistency, and customer confidence through great design.

Your Impact

You’ll develop a deep understanding of our partners’ needs—banks, fintechs, and platforms around the world.

You’ll improve partner flows through heuristic analysis, UX workshops, and direct collaboration.

You’ll support sales and delivery teams with templates and assets that communicate Wise’s design quality and standards.

You’ll ship design work that reaches a global scale—and own it end-to-end.

You’ll help define what ‘great design’ looks like and raise the bar within your team.

You’ll be part of shaping a fairer financial future, helping partners deliver money without borders.

About You

You have a portfolio of polished, impactful product design work that shows your craft and clarity.

You’re experienced in solving complex UX problems with both qualitative and quantitative insights.

You’re confident presenting to clients and can build strong, trusted relationships.

You’re fluent in Figma and know how to prototype ideas with speed and clarity.

You’ve worked with design systems and know how to scale beautiful, accessible design.

You’re comfortable collaborating with content designers and engineers.

You can communicate your thinking clearly and bring others along with you.

Bonus If You Have

Experience working on B2B platforms—especially in finance, banking, SaaS, or enterprise environments.
