What You’ll Do

  • Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to define strategy, user needs, and design direction.

  • Conduct user research, testing, and data analysis to inform and validate design decisions.

  • Present design work with clarity and confidence, bringing stakeholders along through strong storytelling.

  • Contribute to and maintain Easygo’s design systems to ensure consistency and scalability.

  • Mentor and support junior designers through feedback, critique, and collaboration.

  • Champion user-centered design principles and foster a culture of design excellence across the company.

  • Proven ability to lead projects independently and deliver high-quality results.

  • Proficiency in Figma, with working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Strong understanding of user-centered design and design thinking methodologies.

  • Experience working in Agile product teams and collaborating cross-functionally.

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to simplify and articulate complex ideas.

  • Experience designing for iOS and Android is a plus.
