
Senior Product Designer
Fountain
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who thrives in complexity, embraces ambiguity, and can bring clarity through design. You’ll own end-to-end design for a product area—from research and ideation to production-ready solutions. The role involves balancing user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility to deliver measurable impact.
You’ll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to deliver scalable solutions in a space where data, workflows, and user needs intersect.
Responsibilities
Lead the design of a product area from discovery to delivery.
Translate complex workflows and data into intuitive user experiences.
Conduct user research to uncover needs and validate solutions.
Partner with PMs and engineers to ship impactful features quickly.
Work iteratively—framing problems, designing, and refining at pace.
Communicate ideas with clarity through prototypes and storytelling.
Contribute to high-quality UI/UX design system patterns.
Requirements
5+ years of product design experience in complex B2B SaaS.
Strong portfolio showcasing user-focused problem solving.
Expertise in Figma, usability best practices, and design systems.
Experience conducting user research and validation.
Strong ownership and ability to balance user, business, and technical needs.
Exceptional communication skills to explain design rationale.
Flexibility to work with 6+ hours overlap in US Pacific Time.
Nice to have: Experience with talent acquisition, sourcing, or marketing platforms.
