With a strong focus on AI, Fullstory is building a future where digital experiences are more efficient, creative, and impactful.
The Role
Fullstory is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join its UX team, reporting to the Head of User Experience. In this role, you’ll lead design efforts across large projects, working closely with cross-functional partners from discovery through to implementation. You’ll use customer insights and product data to de-risk solutions, advocate for products that delight (not just meet the minimum), and help evolve the design system.
On a typical day, you may run customer research, prototype solutions, participate in design reviews, and guide the user experience across multiple product areas. This role requires strong communication skills to articulate design decisions and influence stakeholders across the organisation.
What You’ll Bring
You have 5+ years of experience as a product designer, ideally within B2B SaaS. You’re comfortable across the full design process, from research to prototyping to working with design systems. You’ve led design projects end-to-end, showcasing iterative software work in your portfolio. You bring strong collaboration skills, experience with user research and design sprints, and a track record of solving complex product problems.
Compensation
Base salary ranges from $140,000 – $160,000 USD, depending on experience and qualifications.
Benefits and Support
Fullstory supports its team with a remote-first culture, flexible PTO, and an annual company-wide closure. Benefits include sponsored health coverage for US employees, supplemental options internationally, professional development funding, a monthly productivity stipend, parental leave, family-building support, and leave for bereavement or pregnancy loss. Fullstory also invests in connection through off-sites, a lively Atlanta HQ, and annual company meet-ups.
Inclusivity
Fullstory is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace. Candidates of all backgrounds and experiences are encouraged to apply.
