Senior Product Designer

The Role

MaintainX is looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape the next generation of its web and mobile product experience. You’ll lead design work end-to-end — from research and discovery through to wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI — helping simplify highly technical, industrial workflows for non-technical users. You’ll collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, and fellow designers to deliver high-impact features across multiple surfaces.

What You’ll Do

You’ll lead design from initial discovery to final UI across both mobile and web. You’ll partner with product and engineering to define problems, explore solutions, and deliver experiences that make complex systems feel clear and approachable. You’ll evolve and maintain the design system, ensure consistency across surfaces, present your decisions with strong rationale, and incorporate feedback from cross-functional partners. You’ll champion user-centred thinking and accessibility across the entire lifecycle.

About You

You bring 6+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B or enterprise SaaS. You have a strong track record of shipping thoughtful, user-focused features that balance technical and business needs. You excel in visual and interaction design and have deep attention to detail across typography, motion, and layout. You’re fluent in Figma, familiar with design systems, and understand platform standards like Apple HIG and Material Design. You communicate clearly, tell strong design stories, and influence decisions through clear reasoning.
