Who We’re Looking For

We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer to shape how millions of people experience Manychat.

You’ll be focused on evolving our Design System — building the tools, patterns, and guidelines that enable product teams to work consistently and creatively at scale.

You’ll join a cross-functional, agile team and work closely with our Product Design Manager to make a direct impact on product quality and speed.

What You’ll Do

You’ll contribute across the entire design system cycle — from component design to final release.

You’ll create clear, accessible documentation that helps others understand the rationale behind decisions and the current state of the system.

You’ll act as a go-to partner for other designers — consulting, reviewing work, and supporting adoption of the design system.

What Success Looks Like

You’ll gain a deep understanding of our design system and how it fits within Manychat’s wider product ecosystem.

You’ll maintain and improve our component libraries, design tokens, and documentation to ensure consistent implementation across platforms.

You’ll proactively identify system gaps, define scalable solutions, and balance standardisation with team flexibility.

You’ll foster strong relationships with product designers and engineers to promote design system thinking and best practices.

You’ll lead workshops and gather feedback to evolve the system and make sure it meets team needs.

You’ll collaborate closely with engineering to ensure components are implemented accurately and consistently.

You’ll think strategically — connecting your design system work to business priorities and user experience outcomes.

You’ll stay current with UI/UX trends and bring new ideas into the system when they create value.

You’ll balance priorities with care — making thoughtful trade-offs between speed, quality, and scalability.

To Shine in This Role

You have 5+ years of experience as a Senior Product Designer in a tech-driven company, and a portfolio that shows your leadership in system design from concept to execution.

You think in systems, with a deep understanding of accessibility, scalability, and user-centred frameworks.

You’re a strong communicator, confident in aligning stakeholders and advocating for thoughtful design solutions.

You’re fluent in Figma — from component structure and system architecture to team-wide adoption and documentation.

It Would Be Great If You Have

Experience designing intuitive products that simplify complex automation workflows.

A solid grasp of front-end development principles and limitations.

Experience with AI-driven or generative design interfaces.
