Senior Product Designer
Multiverse
Multiverse is the upskilling platform for AI and tech adoption. We partner with over 1,500 companies to deliver a new kind of learning that transforms today’s workforce.
Our apprenticeships equip people at any age and career stage with critical AI, data, and tech skills. Learners have already delivered more than $2bn in ROI for their employers by using these skills to boost productivity and measurable performance.
In June 2022, we raised $220m in a Series D round co-led by StepStone Group, Lightspeed Venture Partners, and General Catalyst. With a valuation of $1.7bn, Multiverse became the UK’s first EdTech unicorn. Today, with 800+ employees, we’re scaling globally to build a world where tech skills unlock human potential.
The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Product Fundamentals group. You’ll define the interaction and visual language for our guidance tooling, specifically the Guidance Hub — a set of platform components that help coaches enable learners to succeed.
Your work will directly influence key initiatives, from boosting learner retention to supporting scale and quality across enterprise accounts.
What You’ll Do
Design AI-powered workflows that support coaches in making smarter, faster decisions.
Own the design process end-to-end, from discovery to high-fidelity delivery.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and research to drive strategic decisions.
Run or support user research and usability testing to inform design iterations.
Translate broad concepts into intuitive user experiences that deliver measurable outcomes.
Ensure consistency across the product through the design system, championing accessibility and quality.
Work closely with engineers and data teams to embed intelligence into the product experience.
What You’ll Bring
7+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B, platform, enterprise, or internal tooling environments.
A strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, interactive prototypes, visual polish, and user-centered design.
Experience with design systems, creating and scaling reusable patterns.
Proficiency across the UX/UI spectrum, from research and discovery to polished delivery.
Comfort navigating complex UIs, data-heavy flows, and close collaboration with technical teams.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence through visual and verbal storytelling.
A belief in the power of design to shape behaviour and outcomes, particularly when paired with AI.
What Success Looks Like
Within your first 6–12 months, you’ll have shipped a refreshed experience used daily by our users, contributed scalable and accessible components to the design system, and shaped product direction through critique and experimentation.
