The Enterprise Experience Design team, part of the Business Product Foundations department, designs horizontal solutions powering core Netflix business products. These include access management, notifications, data management, search, and more. This is a rapidly growing team, building infrastructure to support innovation at scale across content, games, and live events.

The Role

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll work across strategic and tactical levels — defining design strategy, prototyping, testing, and collaborating with engineers to refine features through to delivery. You’ll design systematic, elegant solutions that simplify deeply technical domains, bringing clarity to complexity.

This role is open to remote candidates in the USA. Quarterly travel to Netflix offices in California (Los Gatos or Los Angeles), New York, or Seattle is expected. You will be expected to work PST hours.

What You’ll Do

Partner with product managers, engineers, researchers, and operations to shape business product experiences.
Work across the full design process from research and systems mapping to prototyping and implementation.
Create thoughtful end-to-end experiences that simplify complex workflows.
Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs with user feedback.
Design systematic solutions that connect user needs, data, and business goals.
Facilitate collaborative sessions with stakeholders across the company.
Advance product design standards and culture across the organization.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience in enterprise software product design.
Proven track record shipping B2B or enterprise products that scaled successfully.
Experience in foundational technology areas such as access management or developer experience.
Ability to think strategically and communicate product vision clearly.
Strength in mapping complex workflows and designing horizontal solutions.
Exceptional interaction design, visual design, and prototyping skills.
Mastery of Figma, including advanced features like Autolayout, Variables, and Responsive Prototypes.
Collaborative, humble approach with strong written and verbal communication skills.
