About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead design across the PushPress product ecosystem — spanning mobile, desktop, TV, and kiosk experiences. You’ll craft high-impact designs that bring clarity, intelligence, and delight to every user interaction, from booking a class to managing a studio.

You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to define the future of the PushPress platform, balancing executional craft with strategic design thinking. If you love combining motion, systems thinking, and human-centered design to create intuitive experiences — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end design for multi-surface, high-impact product experiences, with a focus on touchscreen interfaces.

• Translate product and company strategy into user journeys and design systems that scale.

• Design and prototype polished, animated interactions that express motion, rhythm, and clarity.

• Evolve and maintain the PushPress Design System to ensure adaptive, cohesive, and accessible experiences across devices.

• Create intelligent, context-aware interfaces that feel predictive and personalized through AI-driven design.

• Prototype adaptive, intent-driven workflows that simplify complex gym operations.

• Lead multiple design initiatives, aligning cross-functional partners through visual storytelling, data insights, and clear documentation.

• Partner with Product and Engineering to uphold a high standard of craft, usability, and consistency.

What You’ll Bring

• 7+ years of experience designing digital products across multi-device ecosystems.

• Proven success leading multi-product or cross-functional design initiatives.

• Expertise in Figma, with advanced prototyping and motion design skills.

• Strong foundation in interaction design, animation, and visual hierarchy.

• Experience applying AI-enhanced design principles and scalable system patterns.

• Deep understanding of accessibility best practices (color contrast, keyboard nav, focus states, text alternatives, etc.).

• Strategic communication skills — from concept storytelling to implementation-level detail.

Bonus Points

• Experience with WCAG-compliant design and inclusive motion sensitivity.

• Startup experience — comfortable navigating ambiguity and iterating quickly.

• Passion for fitness, health, or wellness and an understanding of gym operations or the boutique fitness mindset.
