The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape innovative, intuitive, and inspiring tools for music creators worldwide. You’ll lead end-to-end design for key product areas, from discovery and concepting through to production-ready experiences. This means balancing user needs with business goals while collaborating with product managers, engineers, researchers, and fellow designers.
You’ll envision the next generation of Spitfire Audio interfaces, deliver high-fidelity visuals and interactions, and use research and analytics to validate your work. You’ll play an active role in design reviews, champion consistency through our design system, and ensure a polished, user-focused brand voice across experiences.
What You’ll Bring
At least 5 years of experience as a product designer, with a portfolio showcasing high-quality, user-focused work. Proficiency with DAW-based music production is essential, along with the ability to translate abstract ideas into clear, usable designs. Strong communication skills and confidence in articulating design decisions are key.
You should be comfortable taking ownership of your work, incorporating feedback, and working closely with cross-functional teams. Humility, attention to detail, and empathy for creators are central to the role.
Nice to Have
Experience prototyping or coding designs, working with UI micro-interactions and motion, or operating within high-growth organizations will be considered a plus.
Compensation
The national pay range for this role is £65,000 – £70,000, with compensation commensurate with experience.
Benefits
Competitive compensation with equity opportunities.
20 days paid annual leave plus 8 UK bank holidays, two additional paid holiday weeks (Summer Break and Winter Break), and company-designated days off.
Annual health insurance reimbursement of up to $2,000 USD equivalent.
Nest Pension with 3% employer matching contribution.
Remote-first flexibility, with access to office hubs and creative spaces worldwide.
Annual learning budget, leadership programs, and growth opportunities.
Inclusive events, team meet-ups, and Employee Resource Groups.

Splice is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We prohibit discrimination and harassment of any kind, ensuring all employees and applicants are considered without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability, national origin, or any other protected characteristic.
