Senior Product Designer

You’ll turn complex supply-chain problems into intuitive digital experiences that genuinely change how Europe’s industrial Mittelstand operates. You’ll own core product areas end-to-end, using research to shape meaningful, high-quality solutions that drive adoption and business value. Your work will elevate product consistency, maturity, and overall craft as Tacto scales.

Your Tasks

You’ll develop a deep understanding of customer workflows and continuously advocate for their needs inside product discussions. You’ll lead the full design process from early problem framing to high-fidelity delivery, turning complex operational processes into clear journeys, flows, prototypes, and polished UI.
You’ll partner closely with PMs and engineers to clarify problems, align on priorities, and ship work seamlessly through agile development. You’ll leverage Tacto’s design system, contribute improvements, and push for stronger coherence across the product.
You’ll validate your work through user testing and iteration, translating insights into better usability and clarity.
You’ll embrace AI tools to speed up workflows, experiment with new methods, and share learnings with the team to support high-velocity execution.

Your Profile

You bring 3+ years of experience designing for B2B SaaS products, ideally in complex workflow tools. You combine strong UX fundamentals with refined UI craft and are fully comfortable in Figma across wireframing, interaction design, and polished execution.
You’re a clear communicator who can articulate decisions, advocate for users, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. You thrive in ambiguity, break down complexity with ease, and stay pragmatic while pushing for quality.
You work well with others, navigate challenges collaboratively, and communicate confidently in English. German is a bonus but not required.
