The Role
As a Senior Product Designer II, you’ll own the strategy, vision, and execution of acquisition-focused digital experiences. Your goal is to make it seamless and joyful for dog owners to discover, understand, and subscribe to The Farmer’s Dog. This is a leadership role at the intersection of growth, customer behaviour, and product design.
What You’ll Do
Design end-to-end acquisition experiences that are seamless, personalised, and high-converting.
Lead systems design, creating reusable tools and patterns across platforms.
Use research, testing, and data to inform design decisions and improve customer journeys.
Partner with Growth, Engineering, Data, and CX to identify opportunities and deliver impact.
Elevate design thinking across the team while mentoring and sharing knowledge.
What They’re Looking For
7+ years of product design experience, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment.
Strong skills in Figma, UX research, prototyping, and systems design.
Comfortable with ambiguity, curious, proactive, and hypothesis-driven.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to align stakeholders.
Customer-first mindset with deep understanding of user psychology.
And of course, you love dogs.
