Disney Entertainment and ESPN Product & Technology is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join the Ad Platforms team. You’ll play a critical role in shaping the future of Disney’s streaming business across Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+, and more.

This is an opportunity to work on high-priority initiatives that directly impact customer ROI, streamline ad campaign planning, creative review, targeting, and trafficking. Alongside shipping high-quality work, you’ll also contribute to shaping the team’s culture and ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of end-to-end features or products within defined product requirements.
Design intuitive, easy-to-use experiences that improve product usability.
Create and iterate on flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
Contribute to product-level decisions through team meetings and feedback sessions.
Deliver consistently high-quality work aligned with project goals and deadlines.
Mentor other designers and foster a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

5+ years of relevant industry experience.
Experience shipping high-utility applications and simplifying complex user flows.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.
Clear and persuasive communication skills.
Curiosity and eagerness to challenge conventions and innovate.
Expertise with Figma and design tools.
BA/BS or equivalent experience required.

Compensation

The hiring range is $138,500 to $185,600 per year in San Francisco, $132,500 to $177,600 in New York, and $126,400 to $169,500 in Santa Monica. Final base pay will vary based on location, experience, and skills. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may also be included, along with full medical, financial, and other benefits.
