We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer to focus on enterprise-grade collaboration features — think versioning, branching, commenting, and publishing workflows. You’ll help shape the future of how teams collaborate in Webflow.

What you’ll be working on

You’ll design end-to-end workflows based on research and data, partner with engineering and product on strategic roadmaps, and engage directly with customers to understand pain points. You’ll also collaborate with other teams to untangle dependencies and ship thoughtful, high-quality experiences.

About you

You’ve worked on complex enterprise products — especially designer/developer tooling or productivity tools. You’re a strong systems thinker and know how to communicate your work clearly. You welcome feedback, work well with cross-functional teams, and have a track record of shipping polished features.

Webflow is looking for someone who’s excited about emerging technologies (like AI), stays curious, and is motivated by customer needs.

Salary

U.S. ranges:
Zone A: $150,100 – $207,100
Zone B: $141,550 – $194,750
Zone C: $132,050 – $182,400

Canada (BC & ON): $171,100 – $235,600 CAD
Exact compensation depends on location, experience, and skills.
