The Opportunity

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll lead the end-to-end design process across Beam’s product suite. You’ll shape experiences from discovery through to polished UI, bringing structure, creativity, and world-class craft to public sector tools.

You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and research to improve current products and design entirely new AI-driven solutions. This is a role for someone who thrives on ownership, systems thinking, and tackling complexity head-on.

You’ll Be

Owning end-to-end design, from discovery to launch.
Designing 0–1 products, solving complex problems with clarity.
Collaborating on strategy to ensure design decisions are user-first and business-aligned.
Developing and evolving Beam’s design system.
Crafting delightful interactions, animations, and micro-interactions.
Partnering with user research to deeply understand workflows and needs.

You Are

An experienced product designer with a track record in SaaS.
A systems thinker with proven design system expertise.
Product-minded and data-informed.
A master of your craft in Figma and modern design tools.
Collaborative and comfortable working cross-functionally.
Mission-driven and motivated by social impact.
