About the role

As the Senior Product Designer, you’ll take ownership of UX and UI across multiple websites. You’ll lead the creation of scalable design systems and collaborate closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, and Developers to drive business growth and ensure excellence in delivery.

You’ll help define user journeys, usability standards, and design structures for desktop, tablet, and mobile. You'll also maintain a strong design system that enables consistency and collaboration, while continuously spotting opportunities for UX improvement through research and data.

You’ll support developers during handoff, review technical implementation, and work with the team to ensure a smooth delivery process.

What they’re looking for

You’ll need 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design within a tech environment, backed by a strong portfolio. Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop is required, along with experience in responsive interaction design, usability research, and managing multiple design versions at once.

Strong organisational and communication skills are key. They’re looking for someone with a collaborative mindset, a problem-solving attitude, and fluency in both English and Spanish.
