Product Designer
Sequence
Sequence, backed by a16z and Salesforce Ventures, is reinventing the accounts receivable category with a flexible toolkit that helps B2B finance teams scale their revenue collection infrastructure. The team brings decades of experience across marketplace, fintech, ML, and enterprise software, building at a lightning-fast pace. The platform enables companies to design and iterate pricing and revenue flows without worrying about billing.
This role is for a mid-level Product Designer with around 3–4 years of experience. As one of the first designers at Sequence, you’ll shape AI-powered workflows for billing, invoicing, collections, and finance automation. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and founders to design intuitive, AI-native workflows that feel both powerful and trustworthy.
You’ll design end-to-end product experiences, from broad concepts like finance copilot flows to detailed interactions such as invoice approvals. You’ll partner with PMs and engineers throughout the process, rapidly prototype, test with stakeholders and customers, and contribute to a growing design culture.
The role is best suited for designers who have shipped B2B products in finance, workflow-heavy, or enterprise domains, and who are comfortable in early-stage environments. Curiosity about AI tools and designing for AI-native workflows is key, alongside the ability to embrace ambiguity and prioritise speed and impact.
It’s not the right fit if you prefer structured environments, want to focus primarily on long-form research, or aren’t interested in AI-driven product design.
