Junior Product Designer

Skydropx is hiring a Junior Product Designer to support the design and delivery of functional solutions within existing digital products, contributing to the evolution of logistics technology across Latin America. In this role, you will work closely with senior designers to execute high-quality design work aligned with established guidelines, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure consistency through correct use of the company’s design system.

You will participate in discovery, validation, and user research activities with guidance from the team, while preparing organised Figma files, components, and documentation to support smooth development handoffs. The role also includes creating wireframes, user flows, interaction patterns, and simple prototypes, alongside applying responsive design fundamentals and clear information architecture.

Skydropx is looking for candidates with around two years of experience designing digital products—including internships, freelance, or applied projects—plus basic to intermediate Figma proficiency covering auto layout, styles, components, variables, and prototyping. Familiarity with design systems, responsive design, and task organisation is essential. Knowledge of artificial intelligence concepts, generative model capabilities, and ethical considerations around bias and privacy is considered a plus, alongside strong communication, autonomy, adaptability, and a proactive learning mindset.
