Solace — Product Designer

Solace is hiring a Product Designer to help shape the future of healthcare through intuitive, consumer-grade digital experiences. Solace pairs patients with expert advocates and provides tools that simplify complex healthcare decisions, improving outcomes and accessibility across the U.S. healthcare system.

In this role, you’ll design high-quality, production-ready experiences that bring clarity and usability to complex healthcare workflows. You’ll work autonomously while collaborating closely with engineering, product, marketing, and business teams to translate complex ideas into elegant, user-centred solutions. Your work will span rapid concept exploration, prototyping, usability validation, and final implementation quality—ensuring every detail supports a seamless user experience.

You’ll contribute to testing, maintain consistency across the design framework, and help evolve the Solace brand through thoughtful interaction and visual design. The role suits a designer comfortable with ambiguity, driven by execution, and motivated by meaningful real-world impact. Strong Figma proficiency, clear communication, and a portfolio demonstrating consumer web and mobile design are essential, alongside 1–5 years of relevant experience.
