Staff Product Designer

Bolt is looking for a Staff Product Designer to lead all user experience and design initiatives within the Navigation domain of the Geo team. The Navigation team’s mission is to provide drivers and couriers with a safe, seamless driving and turn-by-turn navigation experience.

You’ll have a hands-on role shaping Bolt’s mobility ecosystem, owning design direction, and collaborating closely with engineers, product managers, and researchers.

What You’ll Do

Prototype and iterate design concepts quickly to build product momentum.

Present design ideas to senior stakeholders with a balance of data-driven insights and design intuition.

Work closely with engineers, product managers, and researchers to bring concepts to life.

Advocate for user-centric design across the team, ensuring quality solutions that meet timelines.

Challenge existing ideas with visionary solutions and push innovation forward.

Contribute to evolving design systems and maintain consistency in UI/UX patterns.

What We’re Looking For

A collaborative design-led thinker who can influence stakeholders at all levels.

Extensive experience as a Senior or Staff Product Designer with a portfolio demonstrating strong UI craftsmanship and design leadership.

Ability to prioritise rapid prototyping and iteration, working seamlessly with cross-functional teams.

Fluent English communication skills with the ability to clearly pitch design visions through storytelling.

Proficiency with Figma and advanced prototyping tools such as Principle, Protopie, Proto.io, or Adobe After Effects.

Passion for mentoring designers and fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
