What You’ll Do

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Product Design, you’ll design intuitive user experiences that solve complex cloud security challenges and deliver real value to users. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and other partners to shape product direction, define user flows, and translate requirements into thoughtful design concepts. You’ll create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using our design system to ensure clarity and consistency across the platform. You’ll plan and conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate your decisions with real users. Beyond your individual projects, you’ll champion UX best practices and promote a user-first mindset, influencing product strategy and enhancing design quality across the organization.

What You’ll Bring

You have at least three years of product design experience and a portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end design thinking and execution. You have a solid understanding of UX principles and user-centred design, with hands-on experience running interviews, usability tests, and analysing user data. You’re highly proficient in Figma, comfortable working with design systems, reusable UI patterns, and collaborating with front-end teams. You’ve designed for enterprise SaaS products before and understand how to create experiences that are clear, scalable, and data-rich. If you have experience in cloud or cybersecurity, or a background in regulated or technical environments, that’s a definite bonus.

What We Look For

You’re confident making design decisions and influencing stakeholders across teams. You thrive in collaborative environments, value teamwork, and bring a growth mindset to your craft. You’re driven by curiosity, always learning and improving, and you care deeply about the quality and impact of your work.

What You Can Expect

Sysdig offers extra days off to prioritise your well-being, access to mental health support for you and your family through the Modern Health app, and a competitive compensation package. You’ll join a globally distributed, inclusive, and collaborative team that values authenticity, growth, and balance. Even if your background doesn’t perfectly match the job description, we’d still love to hear from you — we’re open to different experiences and perspectives.

Commitment to Diversity

Sysdig is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity in all its forms. We welcome applications from women, people of colour, LGBTQIA+ individuals, people with disabilities, veterans, and individuals from underrepresented backgrounds.

We may use AI tools to assist parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications and analysing resumes, but all final hiring decisions are made by people.
