UI/UX Designer

Air Space Intelligence

Air Space Intelligence (ASI) enables success for some of the world’s most complex operations — from airlines to defense and government sectors. Backed by Andreessen Horowitz, Spark Capital, and Renegade Partners, ASI is investing heavily in R&D and growth to advance decision intelligence and operational technology.

As a UI/UX Designer, you’ll craft intuitive, high-performance interfaces that empower decision-making in complex airspace systems. You’ll design, prototype, and refine responsive UI components, optimize data-dense environments, and evolve ASI’s design system for consistency across web applications. You’ll use user research to inform designs and collaborate closely with engineers and product managers to ensure operational clarity and usability.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in visual and interaction design for data-heavy web applications, with strong UX fundamentals and a portfolio that demonstrates user-centred, scalable design. You should be proficient in Figma or similar tools, comfortable managing component libraries, and skilled in hierarchy, layout, and typography. A passion for precision and mission-driven design is key.

ASI values iteration, collaboration, and clarity. Their interview process is designed to reflect real-world collaboration — an opportunity to experience how you’ll work together, not just a test.
