UI/UX Designer
Air Space Intelligence
Air Space Intelligence (ASI) builds mission-critical technology for airlines, the U.S. Department of Defense, and key infrastructure partners. Their vision is to create “Google Maps for the skies,” delivering real-time, operational decision superiority. Backed by Andreessen Horowitz, Spark Capital, and Renegade Partners, ASI transforms days of analysis into seconds of action through high-performance software used in some of the world’s most complex airspace systems.
What You’ll Do
You’ll design intuitive, high-density interfaces that support fast, accurate decision-making. You’ll prototype responsive components, refine existing features, and ensure the UI remains clear and scalable in data-heavy environments. You’ll expand and maintain ASI’s design system and iterate based on user feedback from operational teams. You’ll translate complex workflows into streamlined user journeys and contribute to a design experience that supports safety-critical and time-sensitive operations.
What You’ll Bring
You have a strong portfolio demonstrating visual and interaction design for data-rich web applications. You’re fluent in Figma, design systems, and component-driven workflows, with a sharp sense of visual hierarchy, typography, and layout. You understand responsive design and accessibility considerations and can map complex workflows into intuitive interfaces. You’re comfortable collaborating with engineers, PMs, and domain experts, and you work iteratively, using research and feedback to refine your designs. You care about precision, clarity, and contributing to technology with real-world impact.
