Senior Product Designer

Unily is expanding rapidly within the Employee Experience platform space and is looking for a Senior Product Designer to support multiple product teams as they scale. The role focuses heavily on user research, UX strategy, and journey design, helping teams understand customer needs and translate those into intuitive end-to-end product experiences. The work is a mix of discovery, validation, and crafting experience flows grounded in behavioural insights.

Reporting to the Head of Design, you’ll work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other Designers to shape key areas of the platform. Your day-to-day will involve leading research, facilitating workshops, mapping journeys, and designing flows and prototypes that elevate the overall experience. You’ll advocate for user needs throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring solutions remain grounded in real-world insights and behavioural principles. The role also includes partnering with the Design Systems team to maintain consistency across omni-channel experiences.

Unily is looking for someone with strong experience across UX research, flow and journey design, and complex problem-solving within cross-functional teams. You should be confident planning and conducting research, synthesising findings, aligning stakeholders, and communicating design rationale with clarity. Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, and platforms like Maze is essential, along with experience working with design systems and WCAG standards. Additional experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise environments, or Spanish fluency is a bonus.
