About the role

We’re looking for a User Experience Designer II to join our Next-Gen AI R&D team, where you’ll help design intuitive, engaging experiences for cutting-edge Generative AI applications. You’ll collaborate closely with AI engineers and product managers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly interfaces that make advanced technology accessible.

This role offers the opportunity to shape how people interact with AI, designing next-generation tools and experiences that define the future of enterprise software.

Responsibilities

You’ll design interfaces for Generative AI applications, ensuring usability, accessibility, and an exceptional user experience. You’ll conduct user research, create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes, and iterate quickly based on user feedback.

You’ll collaborate closely with GenAI engineers to understand model capabilities and translate them into effective designs. You’ll stay up to date with trends in human-AI interaction, prompt design, conversational UX, and agent-based interfaces, incorporating new ideas into your work.

You’ll rapidly prototype new concepts, visualise AI-driven workflows, and champion the use of AI-assisted design tools like Gemini, Cursor AI, ChatGPT, and Galileo AI to accelerate ideation and experimentation.

Qualifications

You have at least 3 years of UX design experience, including 1 year designing for AI or complex software products. You’re skilled in creating user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, and have a strong grasp of user-centred design principles and research methods.

You’re hands-on with AI-native design tools such as Figma AI plugins, Magician, or Galileo, and have a basic understanding of core Generative AI concepts that inform design decisions.

Nice to have

You’re curious about Generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering, and have experience designing for multi-modal AI interfaces. You have a track record of rapid prototyping and can demonstrate UX design skills through a strong, relevant portfolio.
