About the Role
This role sits within the UX Design team and focuses on crafting engaging, intuitive experiences that drive both customer engagement and business growth.
You’ll help transform product features into compelling visual journeys and work closely with marketing, product, and design teams to showcase Audible’s premium content in a way that connects with users.
What You’ll Do
Turn deep customer insights into elegant, user-centred designs that enhance the Audible experience.
Lead the early strategic phases of projects, contributing ideas backed by strong rationale.
Work quickly and iteratively—creating flows, wireframes, and prototypes throughout the process.
Own the UX for complex, high-impact features. You'll navigate ambiguity and balance input from multiple stakeholders.
Champion user-centred design by testing your work with customers, running quick tests when needed, and using those insights to improve your designs.

Basic Qualifications
4+ years’ experience in a UX, product design, or interaction design role.
A portfolio that demonstrates digital product work aligned with both user needs and business goals.
Experience using a variety of design approaches, tools, and methods to manage complex projects.
Preferred Qualifications
Confident tackling ambiguous problems and turning insights into design solutions.
Comfortable presenting your work and rationale to a wide range of stakeholders.
Experience working closely with product and engineering partners from concept to delivery.
Strong grasp of mobile, web, and voice-first best practices.
Familiar with usability principles and accessibility standards.
Skilled at planning and executing user research, either solo or in partnership with a researcher.
Compensation
Base salary ranges from $106,000 to $184,000 depending on location, experience, and skills.
Total compensation may include equity, sign-on bonuses, and a full range of benefits.
